A Community Can

Students need the opportunities to empower themselves. For much of the 20th and 2tst century, the school has been a place of contention for many students who don’t fit into the concept of a typically developing anglo-saxon white boy. It is been past time to welcome everyone into the classroom, but there are people who have pushed against educational rights from its inception. ACC is re-affirming hope in local communities through education, collaboration, and intersectionality. A community can do anything when all of its members are considered and empowered.

During the 2019-2020 school year millions of already behind students fell further behind. The challenges we have faced during the covid-19 pandemic have affected children in ways we won’t see for decades. ACC aims to offer students bootstraps on which they can build strong sturdy futures upon. We aim to provide students with mentoring, school success plans, sign up for life skill and test-taking optimization workshops, life planning assistance, and the opportunity to join our finishing school cohort. Students can engage as early as 3 years old! Sign your student up for an interview today!
